Our LCA experts draw on a wealth of experience in both buildings and products to support clients and project teams in reducing the carbon footprint of buildings and portfolios. Our experts prepare holistic life cycle assessments (LCA) for buildings and districts. In doing so, we analyse the CO₂ footprint and other environmental effects over the entire life cycle — from raw material extraction to construction and use to dismantling.

Our methodology is based on international standards. Aligned with international Whole Life Carbon Assessment standards such as ISO 14040/14044, EN15978 and/or RICS, which in turn align with frameworks such as the UK Net Zero Carbon Building Standard, our expertise stands out for it depth from raw material to product, building and district.
