In collaboration with stakeholders and experts, C2CPII has developed a draft for the new Cradle to Cradle Certified™ product standard.

Since it took several years to develop this new draft version, it is essential to pursue a standard that is ambitious, practicable and futureproof. Therefore, the C2CPII invites all stakeholders to join on the path to a more safe and circular future by reviewing and submitting comments on the new draft requirements for material health, product circularity, water stewardship, renewable energy and climate, and social fairness. The public comment period will run from 5 August to 4 October 2019.

We encourage you to review and submit comments via the provided C2CPII online platform only. In this way, all data will be collected centrally and formally addressed. Additionally, the website not only gives you the opportunity to generate feedback on the draft version 4 standard but also offers you an overview of the changes between the current v3.1 and the new draft v4 standard.

Your feedback on the new draft requirements for material health, product circularity, water stewardship, renewable energy and climate, and social fairness will help ensure Cradle to Cradle Certified Version 4 serves as the world's leading multi-attribute, multi-industry, science-based standard for safe and circular products.
