Good news for beverage manufacturers: They can now apply certified printing inks to their beverage cans that are demonstrably harmless to people and the environment.
Good news for beverage manufacturers: From now on, you can use certified printing inks on your beverage cans that are proven to be harmless to both human health and the environment. The AP EcoCan 2-component printing inks manufactured by INX, were awarded the Gold-level Material Health Certificate for the first time, and EPEA has helped the manufacturer develop and certify these breakthrough colors.
Our experts at EPEA have thoroughly reviewed the recipes and raw materials of the printing inks to ensure that they only contain positively rated ingredients. This means that these paints pose no environmental or health risks when used in the production of beverage cans.
The introduction of these innovative colors is particularly important for the beverage can industry. Packaging manufacturers now also have the opportunity to obtain a Gold-level Material Health Certificate for their metal printed products.
